The Thirteen

Eater LA has 38.  Jonathan Gold has 99.  I have Thirteen.  
I could easily have 95 but I restrained myself.  The criteria for the list was this:


1) Must be a restaurant in or around LA
2) Must be a restaurant I would metaphorically make love to (as long as they don't drop below a "B" rating... in that case we would need restaurant condoms.)

While discussing this list with a friend she said, "you have to include your favorite dishes from each."  I replied intransigently, "Why??"  She said, "there's a reason we let you order for all of us."  So she won that argument.  In no particular order we have...

11. Malo - Beef and Pickle Tacos
12. La Scala - Turkey Chopped Salad
